Changing direction, changing careers, changing the way I understand the world — adapting is something I’ve always done.

Data became the language I use to make sense of it all. Python, statistics, visualization — tools I picked up to ask better questions about the things I actually care about: sleep, behavior, patterns, people.

This site is where I write about what I’m learning, what I’m measuring, and occasionally, what I’m feeling. Not everything here will have a p-value. Some of it will just be the truth as I experienced it.
